BIOGRAPHY
S.A.N.A is an upcoming singer/songwriter, performer and producer based in London who performs and writes within a range of styles. She currently has music released on all major platforms, which she wrote and produced herself. She is always working towards the next big thing. She has performed at many different venues which are available to view on her YouTube and she has played piano at weddings. S.A.N.A began singing at the age of eight and won a small talent competition at her primary school which sparked her future career. She performed in many talent shows and performances as a student and played major roles in school productions; Maria in West Side Story, Mufasa in the Lion King and Mrs Bedwin in Oliver. Turning 16, she chose to focus on pop-style singing and her Music Practitioner course at Collyers encouraged this by teaching her about how to produce, mix and set up for live and studio environments.
S.A.N.A finished her degree at "London College of Music' in 'Performance and Recording' and now ready to take on the world. Born in Birmingham, she was classically trained on piano by David Wadhams up to ABRSM Grade 3 and then Jane Haines up to Trinity Grade 8 in 2018. She has received her Grade 8 Pop Vocals with Alison Elcoat with Distinction in 2022.
Influenced by Adele, The Script, Biffy Clyro and Ed Sheeran, S.A.N.A has focused on deeply personal songwriting, that touch the hearts of all her listeners. She is always ready to try something new. She now participates in Sunset Habits singing her original songs and playing guitar.

During her time at Collyers, S.A.N.A co-lead the choir and performed at the Christmas concert as well as other performances within the college. She rented the nearby church hall and made the local newspaper with an acappella performance of ‘White Christmas’ and ‘Winter Wonderland’. She lead the sessions with her song choices and organised the harmonies while playing piano for various other performances.
In 2018, S.A.N.A was part of a band called Table 17, assembled together at her college and they played in multiple venues, most notably Crawley Festival raising money for the charity ‘Mind’. Social media comments following were incredibly kind including tweets from the venue saying “It’s always great to have young and up and coming talent onstage” and they were also interviewed by a local radio station after their funk and soul set.

I began my restorative yoga journey in November 2022 and have recently become a RYT 500. My goal is to help people like myself, who feel they aren't flexible enough, to clear their mind and body (and erase that myth - there are lots of techniques to help us!) Please see the Yoga page for more info.
